RECRUITER - IASI

We are searching for a RECRUITER to work in our Human Resources Department in our Iasi Branch who is able to identify, screen, interview, select and recommend candidates.


- University degree;
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the HR field with emphasis on recruitment would be a plus;
- Good knowledge of the recruitment process;
- Mandatory advanced level of English – written and spoken;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- PC skills (MS Word, Excel).

- Establishing in agreement with the client the job description and the profile of the suitable candidates;
- Selecting the proper mean to promote the position: media, internet, etc;
- Headhunting;
- Scheduling and performing the preliminary interviews;
- Selecting the proper candidates in order to create a short list of people which are best suited for the position;
- Scheduling and performing the final interviews along with the client;
- Offering consultancy for the client in order for him to select the most suitable candidate;
- Candidates data base updating;
- Reports.
