- To provide real estate consultancy services to occupiers and landlords in order to conclude new lease agreements or to renegotiate/extend ongoing lease agreements;
- To identify new clients (occupiers) and new business opportunities;
- To constantly prospect the real estate market (i.e. properties identification, viewing and evaluation, followed by registering the offers in the company’s data base);
- To promote the company’s image and services on the market;
- To analyze the requests for office space and prepare the selection of suitable offers
- Performing requests’ analyses;
- To prepare commercial offers for the clients;
- To negotiate the commercial terms and conditions in order to conclude the final lease agreements;
- To maintain and develop a good relationship with all the clients.
