UK – Automation Engineer / Plant /Process engineer (Code: UKP0111)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
An experienced plant / automation / service engineer is required for our production facility in Crumlin, UK. The ideal candidate should have an electronics degree or related, with a minimum of 5 years practical experience in plant maintenance of process equipment/preventative maintenance issues, ideally in a senior / supervisory role. Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting and improving various PLC driven plant machinery, as well as maintenance management strategies and plant efficiency improvements based on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) and SMED programs is required. A current driving license as well as good communication skills and the ability to liaise with other departments and internal customers is required. Since this is a permanent full time position based in the UK, a comfortable conversational English is mandatory. Previous exposure to pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous. |
DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
The candidate will be responsible for the implementation of preventative maintenance, carry out regular maintenance of PLC controlled machinery and all associated equipment and printers, deal with and priorities breakdowns as they are reported, co-ordinate operator maintenance schedules and service/repairs of equipment by external contractors, identify and effect improvements to process equipment capability, monitor and report machine efficiencies, develop equipment to improve productivity of manufacturing processes, identify health and safety issues with operation of equipment.
