Service Engineer

Working as part of the servicing team, you will be involved in the installation, servicing and maintenance of clinical equipment, both in house and in the field (worldwide customer base), as well as training customers in the use of Randox clinical diagnostic solutions. You will have had a broad experience base including a strong electronics background, familiarity with electromechanical, fluidics and automation systems, as well as good PC skills. The ideal candidate would have had some exposure to laboratory automation systems for clinical diagnostics. Since you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis, a smart appearance, fluency in English and strong customer focus is also required. Your work will require dedication to deliver to the exacting standards of a fast growing biomedical industry.

Requirements:
* A relevant engineering degree (Electronics, Mechatronics, AC...)
* A proven track record of servicing complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
* A good track record of meeting customers requirements
* Good analytical skills
* Strong PC skills including use of dedicated software to perform complex statistical analysis of QC results.
* Motivation and the ability to work individually as well as part of a team
* Fluency in English
* Availability to relocate to the UK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
* Be available to travel worldwide
* Hold a current driving licence
