Qualifications:
University Degree – Civil Engineering or related field
Postgraduate education, 2nd degree and/or official certification is an important plus
Min. 10 years proven experience in the service area
Min. 4 years proven experience in business development and/or team management
PC literacy
English language - speak and write at working level
Clean driving license B
Profile:
Self-starting, business-minded and customer-oriented person
Excellent presentation and relational skills
Able to work independently but also a team player
Assume responsibilities and leadership with problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for reaching the agreed business volume and structure, turnover and net project revenue in the assigned service area.
You will supervise and contribute to the identification, proposal preparation and implementation of projects within the service area.
Your activities will include supervision, contribution and assistance to:
 Annual budget and business planning and follow-up on the local and regional market
 Identification and assessment of high profile services and project opportunities
 Fact-finding missions, discussions with potential customers
 Preparation of expressions of interest
 Preparation of proposals
 Overall quality check of submitted proposals
 Project management
You will also work as a consultant in the service area according to specific terms of reference to be developed for each assignment.
