Asistent Manager

The selected candidate will have high PC skills (Word, Excel) and will speak English fluently. Moreover, more than 1 year experience in a similar position is required as well as primary accounting knowledge. He / she should also be stress resistant, self-motivated, dynamic, very organized and have availability for working extra hours when necessary.

The position opened in our company requires secretarial activities and primary accounting (meaning reports on expenses, owners’ investments, daily cashier reports etc). The Assistant Manager is the key person in:
- organizing the office, receiving and transferring the phone calls, printing the e-mails, sending faxes etc
- maintaining the relation with the accounting firm and provide them the monthly documents
- assure the protocol for the office
- coordinate the office activity with the drivers of the company (deliver different documents to our partners)
- prepare weekly and monthly reports to management and shareholders
- keep clear evidence of payments made to suppliers
- other activities that occur ad hoc
