CRISP is now looking for a Payments expert/Business analyst for its Payments Services unit.


Required skills

• Several years of experience in the international payments area.
• Good analytical/technical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Prior exposure to the GPP application is an advantage.
• Good command of English language is mandatory.

(Some limited travelling might be necessary in relation with workshops)

The main tasks of the position will include :

• Support to Project Managers in the gap analysis and definition of change requests process
• Support in the preparation of detailed specifications
• Review of functional requirements and related solution documents
• Involvement in the system parameterization
• Testing and acceptance of deliverable

Raiffeisen International Bank Holding AG (RI) – Member of the RZB Group decided in October 2006 to build a Shared Service Centre for its SWIFT and international payments services in the CEE countries. The aim of this decision was to start the centralization process of the various services with the purpose of streamlining the operation and taking advantage of the resulting economies of scale among all Raiffeisen entities active in the CEE area.

The company - Centralised Raiffeisen International Services & Payments S.R.L. ('CRISP') - was registered on 22nd of February 2007, received its accreditation as a SWIFT Service Bureau on 15th March and started its activities in April 2007; since then it already provides SWIFT services to 15 network units of the RI Group in 14 different countries and the services were further extended to the Compliance agenda with the central implementation of the Norkom application and the delivery of Financial Sanctions services (screening of transactions/customers) to 14 network banks.
At the end of 2007, the Group decided to chose GobalPAYplus from Fundtech for the delivery of international payments/SEPA services and this project is in full motion.
