CRISP is now looking for an IT Officer / 1st Level Support

Required skills
• Practical experience in IT area (1st level support is an advantage);
• At minimum, basic knowledge of Unix OS (AIX, Linux platform) and respective SW (MQ, HTTP servers, …);
• Exposure to similar applications (SWIFT, Norkom, GPP,…) in the past is a plus
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Flexible
• Good command of English language is mandatory

The main tasks of the position will include:

· Providing 1st level support for several applications (users based in different countries)
· Application monitoring in order to ensure smooth operation of all applications; securing trouble-free daily operations of applications, smooth and fast trouble shooting;
· Application/interfaces testing according to the predefined test cases;
· Based on level of experience/expertise, providing 2nd level support;
· Participation in IT / business projects;

Raiffeisen International Bank Holding AG (RI) – Member of RZB Group decided in October 2006 to build a Shared Service Centre) for its SWIFT and international payments services in the CEE countries. The aim of this decision was to start the centralization process of the various services with the purpose of streamlining the operation and taking advantage of the resulting economies of scale among all Raiffeisen entities active in the CEE area.

The company - Centralised Raiffeisen International Services & Payments S.R.L. ('CRISP') - was registered on 22nd of February 2007, received its accreditation as a SWIFT Service Bureau on 15th March and started its activities in April 2007. Since then it already provides SWIFT services to 15 network units of the RI Group in 14 different countries and has also implemented the Norkom application used for providing Compliance services to the same network units.
A sophisticated payments application (Global PAYplus) is in the implementation phase and new investigation and reconciliation applications are also soon to be introduced.
