| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
REQUIRED Qualifications
University degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering .
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Experience in product development inclusiv insulation on rotating electrical machines of all common voltages from 400V - 13.8kV , product assembly and validation test preparation .
• Understanding of engineering principles
• Experience in design and testing Ability to communicate the findings
• Fluent English and Romanian
• Good communication skills to operate in international and cross -functional teams

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reporting to the R & D Team Leader in Craiova , as the R & D Product Engineer You will assist with prototype builds and preparation of new product validation test . You will work with engineering team across Cummins Generator Technologies ( CGT ) , in Craiova , England ( Stamford ) and Germany ( Ingolstadt ) .
Responsibilities
• Insulation Specialist assisting the introduction of the common insulation systems for LV , MV & HV ALL Rotors and stators . Assisting and leading as necessary the prototype build of new machines.
• Develop experimental methods for product validation.
• To visit Stamford on a regular basis and maintain relationships There.
• Audits : training , quality as it relates to winding , core building and keep the quality message in front of everyone in Craiova .
• To have input into Method Documents and Design Data Sheets in ensuring that the quality standards are met in Craiova and methods Ryhall Road Stamford plants on the product made at either plant .
• Provide quality customer support for Investigations .
• Develop linkages between the Engineering and Manufacturing Functions .
• To assist generally arise Issues When I Needed .
