Engineer - equipment procurement

* Ph.D. in mechanical, electrical or systems engineering, or
* M.S. in mechanical, electrical or systems engineering + 1 years
applicable experience, or
* B.S. in mechanical, electrical or systems engineering + 2 years
applicable experience
* Has personally managed a complex project
* Has experience with MS Project including "tracking gant, resource
loading, etc."
* Excellent communications within team, to his/her superiors, and to
other groups in organization * Performs well within a team environment
* Ability to provide solutions, drive and influence others and impart a
sense of urgency.
* Ability to communicate well- understands the other viewpoint, and can
reach common grounds
* Ability to work in a matrix environment with both a program manager, a
team, and a functional boss
* Understands the use of requirements in a systems engineering
environment
* Is able to practically use requirements in systems development
* Good level of spoken and written English, with fluency in another
European language (French, Italian) is a distinct advantage

Implement sourcing strategy for balancing equipment (new and upgrade)
* Manage subsystem suppliers for balancing equipment (new and upgrade)
* Organize and lead design reviews
* Increase reliability of equipments
* In charge of PFMEA of equipments
* Lead team on maintenance strategy
