On-site Recruiter - Global IT Company - S.E.E. Region

• 3+ years recruitment experience either working in-house or for a recruitment agency, preferably with a technology focus.
• Experience of managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Knowledge of effective candidate channels/sourcing strategies
• Ability to partner with and act as an advisor to clients.
• Solid understanding of the technology sector and candidate marketplace.
• Experience of working with global corporate organisations.
• Some travel required.
• Excellent communicator, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
• IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Business English; written and verbal plus local country language

Acting as a partner to business leaders and hiring managers, you will:

• establish credibility as their “recruitment expert”
• work to understand their business and plan their recruitment needs.
• set and execute resourcing strategies, to target and attract the best talent.
• manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects, driving these to successful completion.
• constantly aim to improve the service to the client and candidate’s experience.
