CANDIDATUL IDEAL: The successful candidates will ideally have the following requirements:
- University degree (ideally);
- Fluency in English language (German is a plus);
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written), well organized and trustful person;
- Presentation skills, pro-active attitude, professional appearance, enthusiasm;
- Ability to extensively travel abroad
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Personal Assistant for the Managing Director. Main responsibilities of the job include:
- Providing secretarial support including business correspondence, presentations, arranging appointments / meetings, maintaining files etc.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties and other special tasks upon MD’s request
- Sales and marketing support;
- Organizing business travels;
Start date: February-March 2010, potentially earlier.
