| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Quanta Resurse Umane, a leading HR company specialized in permanent and temporary selection in Romania is currently recruiting for a mid-size italian company producing and selling ERP-based management software:
- 1 sales agent
Our client:
- Our client is an IT company with branches in Bucharest
- He produces ERP-based software for companies in Romania and abroad.
- The company has foreign capital and top management
- The company is active in Romania since 1998 but selling to the romanian market since year 2002.
The position:
- Sales agent
- this position is based in Bucharest
- relocating candidates are not acceptable
- at the beginning, this position has no subordinates, but the area team headcount be increased according to needs and results
Requirements:
- excellent educational background, faculty of economics or IT
- sales experience at least 3 years in the IT sector
- portfolio of corporate clients or contacts in the software sector
- knowledge of softwares in general
- knowledge of the general romanian business and economic environment
- some people management skills
- fluency in English, knowledge of italian would constitute an advantage
- own car (expenses reimboursed)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- contacting potential romanian and international clients through own contact base, cold calls and different sources
- presenting the companiy's services and close deals
- maintaining a close relationship with the client all throughout the performance of the service, offering a continuous support both to the client and to the technical team
- ensure that the payments are received properly
- liaise with colleagues in order to ensure that all the opportunities for cross-selling are properly exploited
