RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job description:

1.Planning recruitment processes: individual organizing of more simultaneous projects of recruitment, which might include searches of qualified and unqualified personnel, in Bucuresti and/or jud. Ilfov. Occasionally (s)he might organize searches in other judet.
2.search of personnel : drafting ads, request of approval to the line manager, for ads on papers, magazines, internet. Placing ads on Quanta's website, radio, flyere, posters and others, in order to attract a suficient amount of qualified CV's for every project.
3.Screening of CV's: reading CV's and analyzing them in order to select a number of candidates for the interview, contacting them and organizing the interviews
4. candidate interviews
5. candidate testing: sending or delivering tests, supervising the correct execution of Quanta tests
6.reference checks
7.writing professional profiles, according to Quanta drafts
8.keeping a positive relationship with the existing clients
9.Others - be open to new ideas

1. Planificarea proiectelor de recrutare: organizarea individuala a mai multe proiecte de recrutare simultane, care vor putea sa includa cautarii de personal calificat sau necalificat, in Bucuresti si/sau jud. Ilfov. Ocazional se va putea ocupa de proiecte in alte judete.
2. Cautare de personal : drafting (pregatirea machetelor) pentru anunturi, cerere de aprobare spre managerului direct, atat petru anunturi pe ziare, reviste, internet. Punerea anunturilor pe site-ul Quanta, radio, flyere, postere, si alte, in vederea atragerii unui numar suficient de CV calificati pentru fiecare proiect
3. Screening de CV: citirea CV urilor si analizarea lor in vederea selectarii unui numar de persoane pentru interviu, contactarea lor si organizarea interviurilor
4. Intervievarea candidatilor: intervivarea, structurata si/sau destructurata a candidatilor
5. Testarea candidatilor: trimiterea sau livrarea testelor, supervizarea executarii corecte ale testelor
6. Verificarea referintelor
7. Redactarea profilelor profesionale, in conformitate cu modelele Quanta
8. Mentinerea relatiilor pozitive cu clientii existenti
9. Alte: - propunerea ideilor noi in special in domeniul recrutare
- raportare continua catre management-ul
