CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

For an international company active in Hi-Tech, Telecommunication & Information Technology, we are selecting in BUCHAREST:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
(ref. BHRM 0705)

Requirements:

- University Degree (specific training in HR would be a plus);
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position/ senior position preferably within a multinational Company
- Consistent knowledge and skills in recruitment practice (sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and assessing) for all organizational levels;
- Relevant experience in working with or within executive search companies;
- Good knowledge of the labor market conditions and changes;
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal beneficiaries and candidates, ability to work independently and to extract information for managing recruitment projects (especially for new positions);
- Very good self organizing skills and ability to work with short deadlines;
- Positive attitude and excellent ability to lead and energize the team;
- Excellent prioritizing and decision - making skills, strong organizational and planning skills
-Strong PC skills: Advanced MS Office proficiency including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-driving license (B)
-excellent coordination aptitudes


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Job description:
As a HR Manager you will be in charge with coordination of the entire HR Department for the Company, in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager for executing recruitment projects for managerial positions.
Your main duties will be:

Give recommendations to the GM to activate and promote the employees;
Be responsible for the employee satisfactory project, ensure high employee satisfactory procedures;
Be responsible for the management of the training plan and the implementation of the C&B system
Organize and conduct all the necessary procedures and activities of the Company
Develop the methodology and instruments for the HR Department needs; (job description, appraisal per month/per quarter /per year appraisal, payroll and HR management)
Recruitment planning (per year and quarter) according to Company’s needs and development strategies;
Give recommendations to the GM to set up, modify and carry out the HR rules and the C&B system
Develop specific tools and procedures for improving recruitment efficiencies: referral program, internal recruitment, etc;
Organize the employee information database and give relevant advices in compliance with the Romanian labor law;
Ensuring timely & open communication with Campus Teams: prepare advertising materials, coaching, training programs;
Recommending new ideas in field of activity.
