| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar position;
- Min. 1 year experience in a position involving communication skills;
- Good English language skills;
- AS400 – basic knowledge;
- iSeries administrator experience is an advantage;
- Advanced Ms Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word);
- Experience with hardware and software issues;
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized;
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides second level client support and technical issue resolution (related to business core software) via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium; preparation of user support documentation (user manuals);
- Production monitoring:
- Checking, if the batch processes are executed properly;
- Checking, if the data backup was executed properly;
- Reaction to errors;
- User-administration; Security audits;
- Queries; File transfers
- Backup / Contingency / Disaster Recovery Plan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtains general understanding of IT technologies and application operations related to company offered services;
- Provides prompt answers to support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications;
- Performs incidents tracking and statistics;
- May develop training materials, such as exercises and visual displays;
- Provides basic training to clients in the use of system delivered (business core software);
- Performs creation/maintenance of user accounts (related to business core software) using company provided software tools;
- Participates in test sessions (unit testing) and reports issues to the business analyst.
