| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* Degreed, with eight or more years of progressive, national account sales experience. MBA a plus.
* Strong IT background
* Broad project management skills and disciplined in developing objectives, action plans and effective in defending and selling decisions with confidence.
* Advanced strategic, budgeting, business management and financial analysis skills
* Track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing large accounts
* Development of sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market trends.
* Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel and Power Point.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Strong communication, analytical, financial and technology skills.
* Strong collaborative working style with an overzealous approach to drive results.

Job Responsibilities
# Provide category leadership by providing customer research, analysis of the competitive environment, promotions, merchandising, strategic financial planning and product specific profit and loss analysis.
# Provide key accounts extensive analysis and forecasting. Involves frequently monitoring inventory levels, purchasing patterns, orders, shipments and shipment tracking.
# Develop solid business plans for assigned key customers and implements those plans to ensure maximum profitability and customer service.
# Establishes high level relationships with assigned customers and actively follows up to ensure maximum effectiveness of promotional programs.
# Provide regular communication and analysis of business trends to company management.
# Conduct detailed analysis of business trends in each account to include brand share, pricing, promotion levels and category management development.
# Formulate specific action plans to address problems and maximize opportunities, while controlling sales expenses within budgetary constraints.
# Stimulate a team approach across all functional areas involved in developing key customers’ business.
# Work closely with senior management to ensure that the company’s products and programs are meeting the needs of both the customer and the company.
