Quality Assurance / Customer Support

- Team actor (reports the problems and the improvments to the HQ)
- Good charism (need to talk to the clients)
- Windows systems (different versions OS workstation, servers, cluster)
- SQL servers (different versions from 2000 ...)
- Networking management (hardware, CISCO, etc.)

•Develop test plans and procedures for hardware and software products and systems. Identify, analyze, and document all programming errors (software bugs) and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.

•Work directly with the product development team in establishing product acceptance and performance criteria for new products.

•Be responsible for the analysis, reporting and communication of test results on all assigned projects.Help evaluate product and application defects reported by customers and make recommendations for their correction.

•Review product and system functional requirements and create test plans and test cases to ensure that overall quality is delivered. Execute manual and automated test cases and scripts.

•Document and validate resolution of identified defects. Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies. Escalate quality concerns to management.

•Installing on client site the tested product and train client’s operational people to use our products.

•Report to Test team Leader.
