Technical Director

Technical Skills:
- H/W architecture for high availability systems; back-up procedures
- Database modeling
- Technical Knowledge for .NET, Java, J2EE (architecture, custom solutions)
- Strong process flow modeling
- S/W architecture based on EAI model

Management Skills:
- Management of the entire S/W development process
- Leadership by example; People skills
- Mediation and negotiations with both internal and external clients/suppliers
- Hands-on person; detailed oriented

You should also have:
-University degree in Computer Science or equivalent academic qualifications in the area of Information Technology
-Very good language skills in French and/or English

The Technical Director is a key role in the elaboration and implementation of IS according to the company development strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of H/W and S/W solutions in support for a high availability environment
- Coordinates the business analysis processes and supervises the creation of business requirements documents. Validates the technical specifications resulted from the analysis of the business requirements.
- Coordinates the IS architectural meetings (both HW and SW) in order to ensure minimum downtime impact on changes and new releases.
- Coordinates the Technical analysis and provides Technical solutions for integration with business partners into a B2B model
- Coordinates the relationship with external suppliers in order to ensure on-time deliveries and integration.
- Creates and oversees the budget for IS maintenance and development
