RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Lead engineer piping
More than 5-10 experience in Oil&Gas industry or similar big industrial complexes or engineering company
Responsible for a group of 5 designers
Reporting to Engineering manger
Responsible for general engineering specification piping, basic design and detail design, BOQ, construction supervision, checks and start-up supervision
Preparation of piping Design basis
Development of piping and valve material specification
Clarification of interfaces internal and to others
Responsible for budget and follow up in time schedules
Good knowledge in engineering tools configuration, master data, effective applications, Autoplant or PDS/PDMS
Good overview in international standards, specially in oil&gas
Development of conceptual piping layouts and equipment layouts
Review of piping design drawings including GAD's, Isometrics, supports, bill of materials
Review of stress analysis and nozzle load analysis
Review of enquiry documents /material requisitions /technical bid analysis and purchase requisitions
Preparation of construction tender specifications
Development and up gradation of technical specification and standards
Intensive Teamwork with other disciplines
Fit in reporting, meetings
Willingness for site visits
Convincing in discussions with clients
Education B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Good knowledge in English
