PURCHASE AND AUXILIARY SUPPLIES

In this position you will be responsible for:
• Purchase of materials and auxiliary inputs
• Establish contacts with suppliers
• Negotiation of supply contracts
• Formulation of orders and their registration in SAP-MM
• Check control applications
• Checking and recording of receipts of goods, clarifying deviations, reclaiming their
• Verification Partial entry of invoices, signing and sending them to the finance department
• Inventory auxiliary materials and means of production
• Acquisition of work wear, safety of articles of
• the coordination of materials stored
• Develop waste management concept and its practical implementation request

Training period of 2 till 4 months in Poland will be necessary.
