University Degree in Food Science or related area
>2Y professional experience in a similar field
Capacity to work in autonomy, following the local and Group directives

Some exposure to related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Implement the development of new products and concepts, adaption of existing formulas and creation on customer’s demand of tailor-made products for Puratos Romania (industry market)
Provide technical support to customers for application of existing products and new products in relation with all the R&D team of Puratos Romania
Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing and Corporate Technicians specific to the Margarines, Functional fat, Fillings & Decors. Make internal and external presentation
Manage and complete proper documentation on raw materials, formulations, processing, QC tests, labelling on new or revised products. As some production will be done in Belgium or other sites, this will require a perfect cooperation with production site
Development and understanding of the Romanian Market of the Filling & decors and of margarines and functional fats
Report monthly a written projects status report to International R&D Manager Filling & Décor and to International R&D Manager Margarines & fats
Attend & visit specific industry conventions and Institutes and when the opportunity arises present seminar to promote the knowledge of the Range
