Sales Manager

•University degree;
•Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
•Good knowledge of English;
•Computer skills – MS Office;
•Driving license (category B);
•Creative person, negotiation and communication skills, customer focus oriented;
•General market knowledge and/or pharmaceutical marketing/sales experience.

•Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and is in charge of applying sales plans within the organization that fit the overall company business strategy and in compliance with the law;
•Coordinate the Sales Team in maintaining and developing the client relationship with key decision makers at the respective client organization;
•Ensure customer satisfaction by offering the products and solutions that best meet the customer’s needs and facilitate the resolution of problems by involving the concerned individuals;
•Good understanding of local market trends and updates their knowledge;
•Manifests pro-active leadership and ensures permanent relationships of the sales team with the customers and the prospects;
•Cooperate with the other departments to ensure a consistency and a high level of service in order to ensure the success of the operations and projects;
•Expand scope with the existing customers, in particular for new product offer and upgrades;
•Manage Pipe-line sales (budget, forecast, invoicing and associated reporting).
