| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Relevant training and development experience in a reputable commercial environment
- Knowledge, experience and demonstrated competence of applied adult learning theory, diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation of training.
- Intermediate English proficiency,
- Good working knowledge of MS Office,
- Coaching and facilitation skills and progressive T&D experience would all be desirable.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Conduct classroom training on primary core skills and statutory programmes at various locations to develop relevant knowledge, skills and competencies effectively.
- Advise on and facilitate the effective transfer of learning back to work.
- Help prepare and organise learning and development activity to ensure the logistical and physical arrangements support effective learning.
- Ensure an in-depth, problem-centred identification of business, learning and development needs and advise on relevant solutions.
- Source, adapt, design and implement timely and flexible solutions which will lead to the desired change/improvement.
- Select and advise on the use of further methods such as coaching, facilitation and action learning competently to improve competence and performance.
- Evaluate programmes and outcomes and help assess the returns on investment.
- Help keep the core T&D programmes and materials up-to-date to ensure contents and format remain relevant and effective, meeting the changing needs of the business and those of individual learners.
- Help ensure that relevant administrative tasks are completed as required.
