RECEPTIONIST

• Minimum 2 years reception, administration and/or clerical experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent organisational skills

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Providing an effective reception service
• To greet all visitors to the company
• To deal with incoming calls to the company
• Dealing with and arranging for couriers; processing all incoming and outgoing post
• Dealing with suppliers and deliveries
Organising Travel & Hospitality Arrangements
• Booking travel tickets, travel and visitor arrangements
• Making restaurant bookings, organising refreshments (e.g. for training courses, meetings)
Administration & Clerical Duties
• Making stationery orders and checking against delivery notes
• Booking meeting rooms/training venues
• Faxing, photocopying, general typing and administration
• Assisting with translation
