FIELD OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER

Project management background;
Working with project management software;
Knowledge of project management methodology;
Excellent command of English language;

Experience in business/management change;
Experience in working with business processes, standard operations procedures and policies.

Preparing, supporting and managing the projects launched by the Field Operations department;
Reviewing the operating procedures and recommending occasional changes to his/her line manager;
Contributing to the development of new systems and procedures necessary to develop, or increase the efficiency of the service provided by the department;
Managing projects of his/her own initiative and ad hoc projects initiated by the Company in accordance with the expectations of the operations;
Initiate, participate and lead cross-functional or functional projects and direct projects to help the business development & effectiveness of the organisation;
Seek solutions for increasing efficiency and cost saving possibilities & reducing operating risk & cost within the organisation;
Conduct Business Impact Analysis for all relevant business functions in order to prioritize key processes during a disruption;
Create Business Continuity plans for all Head Office departments and update them according to the findings of individual specific meetings.
