•manage the Administration department in order to meet the needs of the business
•recruit, develop and motivate office staff and manage and improve their performance to achieve set objectives
•recommend and implement revised procedures to improve effectiveness and performance
•conduct regular audits in all assigned offices in order to ensure that all Administration operations are performed in compliance with Company’s procedures
•constant collaboration with the other departments of the Company in order to make the activity more efficient
