Purchasing Officer

- Secondary education, MS Office skills, intermediate English
- Planning and organisation, communication skills

- Ensure and negotiate the regularly repeated purchase orders, delivery of equipment and services for particular units of the Company
- Administer rental contracts for company premises
- Ensure prompt and efficient supply of new and existing regional offices of the Company with required equipment
- Coordinate and negotiate rental contracts and ensure they are appropriate and comply with current law
- Coordinate the activities concerned with customs clearance of merchandise received from abroad
- Order and administer company mobile phones
- Manage the physical inventory as per legal requirement
- Control invoices from suppliers, invoice matching

Logistics anf fleet car management knowledge will be a plus.
