Call Center Supervisor

 Relevant experience, fluent English, MS Office
 Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills

 Developing an efficient strategy and related reporting for the Info-line to meet business needs
 Managing effective external and internal relationships to ensure a high quality and cost efficient service, including the lead management process
 Conducting ad-hoc market research and analysis as directed by the Marketing Manager
 Managing the recruitment, development and performance of Info-line Operators
