Back Office Sales Assistant

You have a university degree (ideally economics), have excellent skills in our group language English (written and verbal), knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, experience in warehouse accountancy CRM, SAP programs. Your personal strengths include team skills, ability for quick decisions, creativity and enthusiasm, conceptual thinking; and if you are also able to assess risks and communicate effectively, then you are just the person we are looking for.

For this challenging position we need your experience in sales and distribution. Experience in the area of building and construction materials would be an additional advantage.

Your responsibilities will include supporting our sales staff, our distributors and agents, and will extend to order management, office administration, primary accounting, and coordination of marketing activities including advertising, direct mailing, customer events and trade shows. In addition you will be actively involved in project handling and time scheduling for the Managing Director and Area Sales Managers.
