English-speaking phone support and customer service

You must be able to speak English so well that people think you are an American even after they have talked to you on the phone for a half an hour or longer. British accents are even better!!

You have experience working in customer support or sales by phone in English.

You have a friendly, helpful attitude and people can sense this when they talk to you by phone.

You will be responsible for talking to our American customers by telephone. You will answer questions that they have about our web site, you will help them to solve problems with their accounts and their subscriptions, and if they want to subscribe to our service you will process their credit card payments.

You will need to work from 3PM until midnight. We are also looking for people interested in working weekends.

When you start we will give you easy calls that don't require a lot of knowledge about our web site or the real estate industry, but we will expect that within about six months you will be knowledgeable about all parts of our site and will have learned a lot about real estate.

You may also have the opportunity to work in our marketing department doing phone surveys of our existing customers to find out how they would like us to improve our service.

We are one team with two offices (one in Cluj, one in New York). We have about 50 people total and we are growing rapidly.

We are an internet company that has created a large database of information about every property in New York City, Los Angeles, and most of the other major US cities. We are not brokers and we do not buy or sell properties. Our site is used mainly by real estate professionals and we have about 6,000 users per day.
