| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are looking for a person to fill the position of Project Manager of a software company, developing web applications.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in web programming (at least 3 years) and a real interest in the field. He should have already managed a team of programmers (1 year). We are looking for a young and dynamic personnality, motivated by an international startup environment, with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience in human resources is a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The hired person will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 programmers, communicating with the management and the marketing team from Switzerland, defining the technical specifications of projects (with help from the Technical Experts of the company), assigning tasks and following the day to day operations of the programming team.
He will help in scheduling the various developments of the products of the company, responding to clients requests and proposing solutions for the business problems of the company.
He will be responsible for the entire Romanian development team, and he is expected to double the size of the team in a short amount of time.
The technical platform is based on a standard LAMP (Linux + Apache + MySQL + PHP) setup, with special accent on Javascript and DHTML.

TouchMind is a small but fast growing startup, active in e-commerce and e-marketing. Its products are specially designed to help its customers in every step of their client relationship, from the client acquisition to the client service and support.
It's services help the customers dramatically increase their web revenues. The Swiss team is composed of 4 full time employees and various partners.
The Romanian development team (based in Bucharest) is right now composed of 5 full-time web programmers, with product experience ranging from 5 Months to 1.5 years, all young and motivated engineers.
