| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
· relevant experience in sales (at least 1 year in Real Estate);
· university Degree;
· excellent English;
· good knowledge of business environment and extensive contacts;
· strong communications, consulting and negotiating skills;
· strong organizational and relationship-building skills;
· exceptional ability to problem solve, strategic thinking, others persuasion;
· a real customer focus and ability to manage clients expectations;
· high level of expertise and customer satisfaction, maintaining confidential information and possessing high integrity. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Position Objectives: Manage and implement sale and marketing objectives of the project, in accordance with the project management and the company standard procedure(maximize profitable sales project operations within the applied constraints of time, quality and costs)
· assure high quality and standards procedures for project process;
· represent the company’s image in a professional manner(ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence).
· arrange a program of meetings and contacts to major potential clients providing information about project, discuss the method of sale, presentations of the cost advanced and time;
· identify/evaluate client´s objectives, requirements, needs, working out and finding solutions to meet end exceed their expectations;
· supervise directly media partners and providers (media agencies, advertising agencies, promotion materials providers);
· manage selling process, negotiate equitable Real Estate contracts terms and conditions(plotting and tracking transactions, negotiate head of terms, assist client for signing the agreements);
· inform clients of project progress to ensure satisfaction of business objectives;
· keep executive management informed by providing information, opinions, options and monthly sales reports. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
