Interconnect Developer

Development and support activities for all aspects of Interconnect Accounting billing system.
Responsibilities:
•Support the business with in modeling Interconnect agreements as reference data changes, or additions.
•Troubleshoot any anomalies noted in the Interconnect rating.
•Assess change requests and defects against the delivered platforms, provide effort estimates, and make changes to code when necessary
•4th level support for Interconnect application.

•Work experience (support/dev.) with any Interconnect Accounting solution.
•SQL Programming experience (at least 3 years)
•Good UNIX skills
•Good Environment Support Knowledge (bringing application up and down, understanding how to backup & restore it etc.)

•Full Life cycle experience including Systems Analysis, Design, Build, Test & Implementation

•Experience of Telecommunications Engineering processes and applications
•Exposure to Pricing, Charging and Billing architecture including all data sources (Nokia MSCs, Alcatel IN SCPs, Nokia Charging Gateway, CCC, CMG messaging platforms etc.) and the systems that receive data from mediation (Billing, Interconnect, Fraud, and Data Intelligence)
•Motivated self-starter, proactive, hard working and able to learn new technical skills quickly
•Strong analytical & problem solving skills
