Project Manager Plastic Moulding components

Technical University degree.
Business administration complementary studies as advantage.
Project Management, time management, risk management experience. Evtl. electrical and mechanical as well as moulding and/or stamping background.
Exposure to marketing and on product management.
Strong leading and co-ordinating skills, self assertion.
Excellent PC skills (MS Office, LN, ACAD...).
Highest integrity, honesty and well structured.

To ensure the operational management of a project according to the YPMS-process.
In this capacity he will be the person in charge to “make the process happen” after the new projects have been approved by Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Project Management.
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility to meet the set objectives and targets of the project wich is set and agreed with the Project Sponsor .
The Project Manager is accountable for Quality, Timing, Gross Margin and P&L related to the project.
Define and translate in detailed programs all activities required for the realization of new product projects.
These activities must be defined employing YPMS (Milestones procedure) as a structured method.
Act as team member in the preparation of the purchasing activities, delivers potential updates on each project status.
Identify potential roadblocks/risks and take initiative to resolve the problems before they occure.
Budgeting authority for releasing and controlling all expenditures required.
Lead the project team with regards to achievement of timing, cost, product and production output.
Controlling, Tracking and Reporting of the project status during the life time of the project.
Travel about 50% of working time.
