Project Manager Italian language - Timisoara office

Requirements:

• Mandatory advanced level of English AND Italian language;
• University degree, preferably Sociology/Business or Translations with interest in Project Coordination;
• Skills in time management, priorities management and problem-solving;
• Previous experience with foreign clients is a plus;
• Basics of Marketing/Market Research is a plus;
• Residence in, or availability to relocate to Timisoara.

The primary role is to take over the full responsibility for our Online Market Research projects, joining our team in Timisoara. This includes the overall responsibility to manage and perform Service activities involving project planning, project management, communication with client and crisis management.

Main tasks:

• Coordinating international projects with Italian speaking clients;
• Taking full responsibility of all project phases from definition and set up to completion on time and budget;
• Effectively communicating by phone or email with customers, sales teams and all operation teams to ensure customer’s needs are understood and met.
