Education:
University Degree, preferably in economics or marketing

Experience:
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience. Relevant Experience in services for construction sector;


Competencies:

Sales knowledge and skills

Strong business acumen, understanding of segment key business drivers

Knowledge of and experience in sales to construction sector customers

A learner, willing to invest time and effort in further building his/her proficiency.

Business oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods in the face of day-to-day job

Highly effective in working with others, both inside and outside the organization

Be responsible for achieving business growth, financial targets (orders, revenue), and customer satisfaction within assigned account(s), territory.

Be responsible for understanding the customer's business, and strategizing solutions that meet the customer's business need.

Promoting, presenting and responsible for the exhibitions and congress services sales;

Growing and developing the business clients' portfolio;

Creating and Expanding the current customer base; following and implementing the marketing plan;

Identifying new customers and providing customer care service to existing customers;

Collaborating with the internal departments, communicates and shares the clients' requirements in order to be implemented in the production process.
