Project Coordinator Roton Music/ Warner Music Romania

Roton, Warner Music Licencee for Romania is looking to hire a Project Manager responsible for both musical product and artist management and marketing. This includes managing the product and musical careers throughout their life-cycle, gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the vision and working closely with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and satisfaction goals are met.

In the music business, this role is critical for demonstrating value to artists/agents/authors and managing the right titles as to WOW our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquire and manage content for distribution and manage relationships with both content providers and clients
2. Identify content that is relevant for the business and editorial objectives
3. Negotiate business relationships with providers such as artists, publishers, literary agents and authors and clients such as hypermarkets, libraries and on-line stores
4. Leverage and analyze data to drive and inform partnership decisions
5. Research and analyze relevant trends that will impact content acquisition and selling

Job Requirements:
1. A preferred minimum of 1-2 years experience in a media environment, literary agencies, TV, publishing, film or music
2. Experience in negotiating agreements and managing partnerships across all media types
3. Ability to manage multiple projects at once
4. Solid experience in Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPoint
5. A very strong command of English
