SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our client is one of the most important companies specialized in constructions in Romania and is the first center in the country offering information and services in the constructions area.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Profile of the ideal candidate:
Min. 2 years experience in active selling
Sales skills and commercial character
Good English language skills
Positive & pro-active attitude, showing genuine interest for customers
Eager to solve queries
Presentation and persuasion skills
Hard-working, able to cope with pressure
Enthusiastic, flexible and spontaneous
Creative
Fast learner
Pleasant and smart appearance
Efficient and effective worker who is able to meet deadlines
Able to work independently in the areas assigned to him/ her, but at the same time very communicative and team player
Self-motivated and keen to learn and develop
Job Description:
The job includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Achieves and exceeds sales objectives and customer expectations
Promotes and sells our client's solutions and services
Market researches and prospecting
Establishes and improves customer relations
Identifies needs and proposes best solutions
Achieves targets, winnings of new and retaining old customers
Makes commercial offers and negotiates the sales contracts
Provides technical assistance to clients
Reports to the Executive Manager and achieves monthly sales targets
Make proposals for the development of modern sales solutions
