For one of our clients we are looking for a
Sales Manager
Our client is a one of the leading ERP software providers, with more than 40 self-owned subsidiaries on all continents.
Job requirements
University or college degree, with focus on business, sales, marketing or economics
Knowledge of corporate business finance and operation, i.e. able to interpret P&L and Balance Sheet
At least 3 years in value added B2B solution sales environment (ERP preferred), selling high-tech application software at board level and/or accounting or business application background are advantageous
Sales experience
Negotiation and closing business, understanding of the entire sales cycle
Personality
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving and troubleshooting
Self-confident and self-motivated
Ability to handle pressure
Result and goal driven
Ambitious whilst team oriented
Managerial skills is an advantage but not a must
Strong and flexible personality who can convince people at different levels in the organization
Operational effectiveness
A team player who is able to work independent as well.
Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
To integrate corporate sales strategies, and to manage and perform the entire sales process accordingly, from lead generation to closing the deal with new prospects:
New business generation for core products & solutions both locally and on the international market
Establish the promotion of our clients products and solutions.
Formulation and implementation of a Sales strategy to budget.
Conduct market research to realize market prospects
Examine the viability of introducing new products in the market
Examine competitors positions within the market place and devise counter strategies to increase our clients market share
Ensuring all Sales policies are adhered to
Meeting revenue targets set by the General Manager
Managing the entire sales cycle autonomously using resources in order to win business for the company
Advising potential and existing clients on the product range and solutions
Completing and submitting tenders and proposals to bid for business
Providing specialist sales advice up to management level, informing internal customers as to the status and progress of the sales cycle, ensuring high quality of internal coordination and excellent overall service to the customer
Providing topical feedback and information to the product development department
Establishing opportunities for and maximizing revenue for the training and consultancy team
Using and updating internal systems to allow visibility of prospects and their status in the sales cycle
Monitoring existing accounts and their progress to guarantee maximum return
