Area Sales Manager Timisoara


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares the Sales and promotional activities budgets in accordance with the company’s local strategy (by brand, distribution channel)
  • Establishes and coordinates the execution of retail secondary placements and promotion
  • Checks the implementation of the company’s merchandising standards
  • Assists the Marketing Department to develop POPM and trade promotions
  • Coordinates the merchandising activity
  • Uses data from market researches to analyze and plan growth with clients
  • Prepares the contract with clients
  • Follows the execution of contracts and acts only in the company’s interest
  • Monitors the clients’ and distributors’ supply in order to maintain an optimum level
  • Carries out official market visits, controls secondary placements, shelf space, products’ freshness
  • Monitors the competition activity, pricing, placements, promotions and packaging
  • Follows market development and adopts the sales strategy accordingly
  • Coordinates the sales and merchandising activities of the area distributor
  • Prepares the distributor’s team in accordance with the company’s standards
  • Maintains and develops an outstanding business relationship with clients and distributors
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly products, clients and area reports
  • Prepares presentations regarding client sales when needed

    Profile of the ideal candidate:
  • University graduate
  • FCMG sales experience
  • Very good communication, interpersonal and coordination abilities
  • Good evaluation, analysis and decision-making abilities
  • Team player
  • Proactive, result-oriented individual
  • Advanced knowledge of English (especially speaking)
  • MS Office literate
  • B type driving license (with a clean background)
