| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client is part of one of the worlds largest engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and business services companies. It is situated in Netherlands and it offers services from conceptual studies to development and execution of large, complex capital investment programs to different industries and it is currently looking for:
HSE Engineer
(Health, Safety and Environment Engineer)
to assist and support the HSE Co-ordinator in the Oil, Gas and (Petro-) Chemical Industry
Job requirements:
Preferably 1 to 3 years experience in HSE in process industry (but starters are also invited to apply)
Knowledge of process engineering
Knowledge of HSE reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA)
Knowledge of HSE assessment techniques and regulations
Bachelor/Master degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Good command of English language, both written and spoken
Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self motivated
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
Flexibility, tenancy and lateral thinking ability
Willingness to travel or take long/short term assignments

Job description:
Preparation of overall Protection (HSE) Philosophy
Conceptual design of HSE systems and preparation of related authority documents
Facilitation of HSE reviews, executions of related studies and monitoring of implementation of study results
Execution of HSE activities according to budget, schedule and quality requirements
Interface with project task force on specific subject
