3D PIPING ENGINEER
for marine engineering in the Netherlands
Job requirements
Technical college/ university degree in the field of mechanical or naval engineering
2 years working experience in naval mechanical engineering
Skilled in 2 D and 3D AutoCAD
Experience with Cadmatic plant modeller preferred
Excellent command of English or Dutch

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description
Design of piping routing in 3D plant modeller for different parts in a (motor) yacht
Design 3 D arrangements of technical spaces for installation purposes
Design penetration layouts for bulkheads, decks and girders according to yachting standards
Make lay out drawings for pipe routing and technical spaces, support drawings for equipment, fabrication isometrics
Check drawings produced by other engineers, consulting with project manager and client
Competencies
Flexible, problems solving attitude, eager to learn
pro-active and motivated, both independently as in project team
well organised with a systematic work approach
effective communicator with team members
committed to work in the Netherlands for a minimum of 1 year, longer commitment is preferred.
