BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Requirements:

- University Degree in Economics
- experience in financial reporting, analysis of the business from the financial point of view
(previous experience in a big four company or retail/FMCG is a plus)
- strong analytical skills
- result and customer oriented
- high level of commitment and accountability to get the job done
- ability to work with numbers
- very good computer knowledge (MS Office, Oracle )
- fluency in English

Main responsibilities:

- Prepares and develops the standard monthly financial reports and any other ad-hoc management reports;
- Initiates and coordinates the yearly budgeting process and periodic forecasts according to the official planning schedule
- Preparing different reports for Board meetings
- Provides assistance to departmental managers with the budgeting process
- Monthly analysis of the differences between budgeted and actual results, identifying risks and opportunities for improvements
- Definition, evaluation and improvement of financial KPI’s
- Ensures that departmental expenses are made according to the internal rules and procedures
- Interface to all head of departments regarding financial reports
