| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Reporting to the Head of Collection Department;
- Phone collection of overdue amounts from the customers of the company;
- Solving customer issues, when case;
- Monitoring and updating the case status of accounts assigned, on a daily basis;
- Daily and periodic reporting of results;
- Concluding verbal and written payment agreements with the overdue customers from the portfolio assigned;
- Proposing the forwarding of cases to later stages of collection and preparing all the necessary documentation for further stages (legal, execution, etc.).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Previous experience in debt recovery from individuals – minimum 6 months;
- Very Good PC skills (MSOffice package);
- Good command of the English language;
- Organized person;
- Hard-working, adaptable person;
- Proactive approach of the tasks given;
- Reacts well under stress and observes tight deadlines.
