| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- College/ University degree
- at least 2 years experience in the field of direct sales
- working time flexibility
- driving license
- good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
- overview of the consumer loans and credits market
- ability to lead a team
- organizational, communicational and presentational skills |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- ensures meeting given plans (within his/her position's limits)
- follows given and valid laws and rules
- bears partial responsibility for quality and quantity of the sales network performance
- prepares presentations of sales results based on requirements of Head of Sales Department
- participates in creating internal regulations, procedures and methodic targeted to the sales network
- communicates with the sales network, as well as with heads of other departments
- ensures transfers of portfolios of Credit Agents
- checks debtor cards with respect to responsibilities of Credit Agents
- administrates provisions and sanctions of Credit Agents
- ensures processing of plans especially with respect to their relation with the Internal Software
- ensures administration of sales related IT tasks and Internal Software requirements
- provides legal agenda of section and communicates with lawyers
