Technical & Sales Consultant

• university degree in a technical field (industrial chemistry or technological equipment would be an advantage);
• solid knowledge of industrial, manufacturing equipment;
• sales experience: minimum 1 year;
• good knowledge of the process within industry applications;
• client oriented person with ability in strategic thinking and negotiation skills;
• analytical, able to communicate with partners on management as well as on staff level;
• good interpersonal and presentation skills and fast understanding of global company requirements and their local implementation;
• self-confident and tenacious person, never gives up;
• good command of English language (speaking and writing).

• intensively develops and implements contact strategies and goals, resulting in contracts as well as new sales channels to achieve sales targets;
• uses the standard presentation of the company, standard approaches and contact of existing and potential customers;
• presents the services and products of the company, respecting sales policy;
• identifies, understands and meets the customer's needs, proposes technical solutions accordingly;
• prepares company' sales offers;
• negotiates and concludes sales contracts, according to the sales policy;
• monitors markets for these specific products and services, develops and reports business trends;
• makes reports concerning the activity development and special reports requested by the Managing Director.
