CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- BA/MA in Economics or Accounting
- More than 3 years of experience in the accounting field
- Fluency in German is a must; other additional language skills are an advantage: English, Italian
- Good knowledge of SAP or any other integrated ERP
- Relevant leadership experience, good communication skills and customer orientation

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Participates actively in the monthly closing activities
- Prepares specific accounting journals
- Reviews the monthly account reconciliations
- Offers permanent consultancy to the allocated clients: maintains and manages the relationship with the customers
- Provides support to the members of the team, supervises their daily activity and their performance
- Recruits and selects the team members, taking into account the clients requirements
