| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Technical/ building operation/ security/ real estate market knowledge;
- Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in the field;
- University degree in technical domain (preferably contruction);
- Good contracting and tendering knowledge, experience in planning and budgeting;
- Result oriented and business attitude, strong analytic and decision making ability, fairness and integrity, flexibility;
- Fluent English;
- Driving license B category;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Manage and supervise the optimal operation of buildings and premises;
- Supervise preparations of tender materials in connections with real estate management, coordinate tendering, evaluation and prepare them for approval;
- Elaborate the optimal real estate utilization form (sale, leasing, apport or real estate rationalization), the way of utilization, and coordinate their progress, prepare contracts and follow up their fulfilment;
- Manage the security and protection activities of the Group;
- Control the security and protection contracts and supervise the suppliers’ activities;
