| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree (technical or economical);
- Experience in planning & budgeting, good contracting & purchasing management knowledge;
- Fluent English ( including commercial and technical terms);
- Business oriented, communication and analytical skills;
- Integrity and flexibility;
- Good computer skills;
- B category Driving license. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Takes an active role in implementing purchasing projects aiming to increase the efficiency of the internal processes;
- Prepares the documentation for the tendering process, creates inquires and commercial evaluations;
- Negotiates with the suppliers the prices, the payment methods and the delivery terms;
- Analyses the expenses and, toghether with the technical experts, proposes various strategies in order to optimize the expenses;
- Creates the draft contract, especially the commercial conditions;
- Collects information about the procurement market and takes measures in order to reduce risks;
- Participates in the bidding processes. |
